## Narrative

Employee was assisting in re-railing a Cogar mantrip. EE was standing beside the mantrip as it was being elevated toward the rail, as it came down the mantrip overshot the rail and struck the employee in the left knee. It did not involve any equipment or compliance issues.  It also did not involve job skills, proficiency, training, PPE or protective devices.
