Narrative

Contractor (MSHA ID: B9304) was in the process of changing out a valve and mufflers due to sand build-up. EE was in the process of unscrewing the valve from the air supply line when pressure in the valve propelled it striking the contractor on the left side of EE's face directly in the brow line causing an approximate 1.5"" laceration.
