## Narrative

While pulling feeder cable slack, employee #1 and employee #2 miscommunicated and both went to cut a ""roy"" rope to release tension, at the same time.  Employee #1's right middle finger was cut by the knife blade of employee #2.  Both employees were wearing their PPE and were fully trained.
