While employee was waiting for partner to cleanup the face EE started to cut some collar pipe with a hacksaw without wearing gloves and the hacksaw slipped contacting EE's left index finger at the first knuckle causing a laceration. EE was seen by site medic, referred to ER where EE received 2 sutures and was restricted.
