## Narrative

Employee was using an 18 inch pipe wrench to loosen the water swivel on a diamond drill and when employee bumped the rods employee's right hand that was holding the pipe wrench was pinched between the wrench & the drive motor. Employee was seen by site medic, referred to the ER, X-rays were positive for a fracture & two sutures were required, restrictions were issued.
