Narrative

The Operator of the 640 Haul Truck was loading on the right side of the 16 shovel when on the third dipper a boulder struck the top left bed rail causing the 640 Haul truck to shake. The motion of the truck shaking caused the Haul Truck Employees head to whip back and forth.
