Narrative

IE was assisting in pulling the belt back together. A shiv wheel was secured to a chain hanger. While pulling belt slack, the chain hanger broke and the nylon pull rope struck the 4"" emulsion line causing it to fall. The emulsion line struck the shoulder and chin of the IE causing a laceration requiring staples.
