Narrative

The employee was operating a mantrip on the 9 South Haulage. When EE arrived at East Mains, material fell out of the mine roof and got in the employee's right eye. The employee went to seek medical attention 5/1/19 and was prescribed medical eye drops and given time off. The employee was wearing all the appropriate PPE.
