## Narrative

Employee was bleeding air out of a 6"" waterline at the fire valve on #3 Unit. The waterline had just been installed at the new unit. The employee was opening and shutting the fire outlet valve when the last section came apart at the last joint which was 20' away. The belt was chained to the roof but lunged forward striking the employee in the nose. This resulted in a broken nose.
