Narrative

IE was getting set up to make a belt splice & was removing structure. As EE lifted EE's side of the 60"" top roller assembly, the employee on the other side pulled on it & IE dropped the top structure & pinched EE's left middle finger. EE required stitches in the end of EE's finger.
