A roof fall occurred outby 001 section in the #1 entry at x-cut 61. The fall was approximately 16 feet long x 20 feet wide x 6 feet in height. The fall did not have any effect on persons, equipment nor ventilation. An action plan was submitted and the area was re-supported.
