The crew working at the 14/15 Chute at Metcalf Crush Convey loading metal liners into a truck. The affected Employee picked up a liner that had a bur on the bottom side hidden from  Employee's sight, as Employee reached out to pick it up the burr cut the left palm of Employee's hand through the glove.
