## Narrative

Employee stated that when they attempted to turn and duck underneath the canopy of the bolting machine, they struck their face on a roof bolt plate that was hanging over the edge of the bolt tray.  This caused a laceration to the right cheek that required sutures.  The employee did not miss any scheduled work due to this incident.
