Narrative

Employee stated they were operating the #507 outby scoop while cleaning the belt line, EE hit the rib with the operators' deck and the rib broke free and rolled onto them, striking them in the back of the head and upper back. The rib measured 30"" x 62"". The scoop the employee was operating does not have a canopy.
