Narrative

The employee was running shuttle car on the 1WHG Section. The employee stepped out of shuttle car, left leg buckled and EE fell. All EE's weight came down on EE's left leg. The miner sustained a lower leg injury. The employee did not violate any laws or company policies and was wearing all the appropriate PPE.
