Narrative

Received notification on 5/29/19 that this retired employee has been awarded 12.28% for PPD from noise induced hearing loss. Date of last exposure was 6-30-18. The employee was enrolled in a Hearing Conservation Program and was properly trained. The incident occurred because the employee failed to properly use hearing protection throughout EE's career.
