## Narrative

Employee stated EE was attempting to cross over a 6"" water line when EE's rescuer got caught on a piece of guarding causing EE to fall backwards off the waterline injuring EE's back.  Employee sought medical attention and was diagnosed with a fractured L5, employee was placed off work.
