Narrative

After being fueled at the 5100 fuel dock the employee mounted the 621 Haul Truck, the latch on EE's hydraulic stairs did not latch. The employee used EE's right foot to lift up and engage the stairway latch, as they did this they heard a loud pop from their right ankle.
