Narrative

Employee was transferring a 55 gallon drum that contained oil from a wood pallet to another wood pallet that was positioned next to each other using the roll method. The 55 gallon drum over rolled off the wood pallet and landed on top of the employee's right foot on the bridge behind the steel toe of the boot.
