Narrative

Employees were inside the coal mill replacing the rubber sleeve. The employee's left leg was standing on a lip and right leg was kneeling on the roll in order to repair the rubber sleeve. When the employee lifted the sleeve, EE's left knee ""popped"". Employee diagnosed with a lateral collateral ligament sprain and had surgery on June 13, 2019.
