## Narrative

Three employees were changing springs on a feeder. A pry bar was employed by two of the employees to expand the bracket, allowing the spring to go into position and insert the bolt. The injured employee was pulling on the bar while on one knee. EE's hands came off the pry bar and EE's body weight came down on EE's left leg and/or twisted EE's left ankle resulting in a fracture.
