A contracted coal truck mechanic broke a bone in right foot when the truck that the mechanic parked at the new refuse bin rolled back in to the mechanic and knocked the mechanic down. The brakes were checked by both a company inspector and an MSHA inspector with no deficiencies found. The driver apparently did not have the vehicle in ""Park"".
