## Narrative

EE was operating a shuttle car. While loading it, a large amount of slate that was on the mine floor was loaded on the car by the miner. It would not dump off at the feeder, so they took it to another face to get it off. While rocking it back and forth, it teetered over causing it to raise up catching their hand between the roof and the slate, injuring the left ring finger.
