An unintentional roof fall was found by an examiner on the weekly route inby intersection 58+21, 2.5 X-Cuts from the MN #1 track in the old works. This roof fall was called into MSHA in the proper amount of time from being notified by management. No injury, illness, or damage to any property happened due to this fall.
