Narrative

Contract worker was descending a D10T dozer, EE said right foot slipped off the step, when that occurred EE's ribs contacted the cylinder for the blade lift. Cause of this injury was awareness while performing a task. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
