On 6/21/19 employee with the assistance of partner were lifting one side of an electrical bang board to pivot it away from rib to load on a flatbed. In doing so employee felt a pop in right forearm. Seen by ER & given full work release, finished rotation, pain continued on days off, seen next level of care & restrictions issued 1st shift missed was 6/28/19 making this reportable
