## Narrative

EE walked over from EE's truck shop office to North mill maintenance to retrieve items from EE's office.  Upon stepping from dirt to concrete porch out front of the building EE miss stepped or caught EE's foot on the edge of the concrete causing EE to lose EE's balance and fall.  EE said EE's left wrist hurt.
