Narrative

While rerouting the power cable for the 518 shovel, over a berm and down a bench, EE was struck by boulder (approximately 2 foot in circumference) to right leg. The boulder struck EE on the front side of right shin bone. When I arrived, EE was lying on the ground. EE was transported to the first aid room and evaluated.
