Narrative

Employee was shoveling at 11 B header when EE's lower back and left leg began hurting. EE started missing work on May 23, 2019 due to continuing problems with this condition. An investigation was conducted and it was determined before miner's vacation, June 22, 2019, that the injury was related to the June 13, 2018 incident.
