Employee was attempting to pull a lift of cribs onto a scoop bucket when a fellow employee threw the winch rope hook on top of the cribs striking the injured employees finger. It did not involve any equipment or compliance issues. It also did not involve job skills, proficiency, training, PPE or protective devices.
