Employee was installing roof support in the number 5 entry when the employee was struck in the left shoulder with a rock measuring 76"" in length by 24"" in width by 2"" in thickness. Employee sought medical treatment and was referred to a specialist. MRI results were made available to the operator on 7/9/2019 at which time this became a LOST TIME incident.
