## Narrative

The employee was operating the tail side of the shearer when a rock became stuck in the cable tray.  The employee removed the rock.  When they turned away, another rock struck the employee in the back. They fell and struck their head on unknown part of the shield resulting in a laceration requiring 2 staples to close.
