The employee was stopped at 12 block 9 South Haulage on 86 mantrip. When the employee stepped off the mantrip, EE landed on a rock. EE twisted EE's right knee and fell to the mine floor. The employee was following all laws and company policies, and was wearing all appropriate PPE.
