Narrative

On 7/19/19 an employee was getting tools from their truck when they stepped on uneven ground causing knee pain. The employee heard it pop, but thought it would be okay and continued working the day. on 7/20/19 the employee returned to work and reported the event to the supervisor due to the pain increase.
