Narrative

EE was lifting and moving the supply line for a pump, upon repositioning EE's body, while holding the hose EE's right knee popped causing EE to collapse to ground. On 7/15/19, requested to see an orthopedic and on 7/19, employee was seen by the doctor where EE was diagnosed with a meniscus sprain with possible tear, an MRI ordered, and restrictions given.
