Narrative

Employee was drilling to install bolt. Employee was going to start second steel, when first steel slid down, preventing the second steel from fitting. Employee tried to push 1st steel up but it would not move. Employee then used the edge of insert from second steel to try and push 1st steel up when 1st steel sprung loose, hitting employee in left hand.
