## Narrative

Employee was exiting the operators compartment of a locomotive when they tripped on the safety chain causing then to fall out of the loco. They caught themselves with the right arm causing them to dislocate the right shoulder. Employee also complained of leg pain after the fall and an x-ray revealed a hairline fracture to the left leg.
