Narrative

The employee was on the 1 west tailgate section, helping others pull a cable past the DMU/Belt. The employee got right leg caught in the slack of the cable, and fell to the mine floor twisting right knee. The employee was complying with all laws, company policies, and was wearing all appropriate PPE.
