The Employee was on the 1 West tailgate section at 70blk #1 entry, in the process of installing roofbolts from the miner. Loose material fell from the mine roof striking the employee in the upper right leg, causing EE's hip to twist and strain. The Employee was complying with all laws, company policies, and was wearing all appropriate PPE.
