Narrative

EE reported to supervisor on 07/25/2019, that on 07/24/2019 after the ee had gone home from work EE began to experience pain in EE's right shoulder. This was due to carrying the weight of the explosive bag all day. On 07/25/2019 the ee was issued restrictions due to muscle strain in EE's shoulder and neck.
