Narrative

EE was operating a water truck in the pit. EE began to feel nauseous & dizzy. EE notified a supervisor & stated that the day prior EE was operating a Haul Truck with the A/C working only intermittently. EE felt the heat was a factor. EE was taken to the clinic & treated for Heat Related illness.
