Narrative

The employee was putting a strap across the miner in the 1WTG Section, when a piece of roof material fell out striking head, arm, and leg. The employee continued to work until they realized arm was bleeding. The laceration sustained on left arm was glued back together. EE didn't violate any laws or company policies and was wearing the appropriate PPE.
