Narrative

Employee was rib bolting in the 7 West Section when EE was struck by a rock that had fallen from the roof resulting in a sprain/strain to the left knee and a possible torn ligament. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
