Narrative

A plant repairperson, wearing leather gloves while using an open blade utility knife to trim urethane liner material cut self with utility knife blade. Utility knife blade cut through leather glove and skin of left hand middle finger. Employee was taken to a Hospital, stitches were required to close laceration to left hand middle finger.
