## Narrative

Miner was driving Vermeer Saw from pit area, saw was not in use. Somehow, the Vermeer Saw turned on its side just East of the bottom of the ramp that was about to be ascended. The rear axle was separated from the machine in the accident.   The Miner was injured in the right hip area. 911 was called and the miner was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
