Narrative

Employee was with spreading hot Alumina to prep it for vacuuming. EE was using a 3"" straight edge rake, to pull the material towards EE to spread it out. As EE did this, the material came towards EE like a wave and ""blew"" at EE causing it to go at EE's leg and run down into EE's boot, causing 2nd and 3rd degree burns to the top of EE's right foot to just above EE's ankle.
