Narrative

Employee was operating a bobcat walk-behind skid steer cleaning up material at the P5 mid drive. The employee turned sideways in the skid steer to observe their surroundings while backing up, when their foot got pinned between the equipment and an I- beam on the structure breaking their ankle.
