## Narrative

Employee stated EE was operating a scoop outby the section in preparation to build a stopping. EE was cleaning the scoop roadway with the scoop. In the process of the employee operating the scoop two roof bolts which were laying on the ground came in to the operator's deck of the scoop and struck the injured employee in the back. This incident turned into an LTA on 8/26/2019.
