Narrative

Employee was by the rib pinner controls when the ATRS jacks were put up and a rock came down from in between the roof straps and struck the employee on the head and back of the neck resulting in an abrasion and contusion. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
