## Narrative

EE was working with the crew and they were hanging valves on the north line at the Tailings impoundment North line. EE began to cramp and became nauseated. EE began to sweat profusely and was taken to a breakroom. EE was transported to a medical facility where EE was given IV fluids for dehydration and heat exhaustion.
